The Nobel team merges extensive experience from the worlds of snow and ice management, commercial real estate, financial markets, logistics and consulting — leaving us uniquely positioned to assist our clients with their need for services management solutions.

While running a regional snow removal company in the metropolitan Chicago area, Bill Noyes noticed that many of his snow removal customers struggled with the unpredictable expense levels associated with traditional plowing contracts and service. To solve this problem, Bill partnered with Shane Belvin launched Nobel Weather Associates (now Nobel Solutions) in 2010. Together they built a team to make snow removal management solutions available throughout North America.

Chairman & Founder

Mr. Noyes founded Nobel in 2010. This new business leveraged Bill’s trading experience and was spawned while running Mac’s Property Maintenance Services, a regional snow removal company in the Chicago area.

Prior, Mr. Noyes spent 25 years as a member of the Chicago Board of Trade trading financial instrument futures and options for his personal account as well as numerous other business ventures in clearing, proprietary trading, ranching and technology.

Mr. Noyes started his career in sales for Diablo Systems, a Xerox company, selling printers and disk drives in the OEM marketplace.

Shane Belvin

SHANE BELVIN

President & Founder

Shane joined Nobel in 2010 at its inception and has been focused on developing the analytics, product capabilities, and patent expansion

Prior to joining the firm, Shane spent 15 years in a variety of leadership positions, ranging from managing a business line for a public company to financial analysis in the investment banking sector.

Mr. Belvin began his professional career as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, where he finished as a Captain and served during the initial campaigns of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

In his free time, Shane volunteers as a Board Member at empowerHER, a Boston area nonprofit benefiting young women who have lost their mothers. www.empoweringher.org
